Welding - Certificate of Achievement
In addition to the Advanced Certificate, 51ĀŅĀ× offers an entry-level Welding Certificate of Achievement. It's called a 'laddered program' because the courses you take here count toward the next step up ā the Advanced Certificate.
This short certificate of achievement can give you a jump start in your welding career. After just one semester, you will have the skills needed to start an entry-level welding job. You will learn SMAW (STICK) and GMAW (MIG) weld processes and fillet and groove welds in horizontal and vertical positions while earning 16 credits.
