51ĀŅĀ× partners with Wayne State University to launch new transfer pathways

New guaranteed transfer pathways have been established between 51ĀŅĀ× and (WSU) global studies, history and welding technology programs.

Through this collaborative agreement, students can complete their associate’s degree and transfer up to 75 credits toward a bachelor’s degree at WSU, allowing them to save up to $20,000 in tuition and fees.

Delta students transferring to WSU will be granted junior status and potentially qualify for several awards. All Delta students would be eligible for WSU’s of up to $5,000 annually toward on-campus housing costs. Students who participated in the Michigan Reconnect program would be eligible for a of up to $2,000 annually. And students transferring in with a 3.0 GPA or higher are eligible to apply for renewable merit scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $6,000 annually.

Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies

Bachelor of Arts in History

Bachelor of Science in Welding and Metallurgical Engineering Technology

The demand for welding and metallurgical engineering technology graduates is growing. WSU’s program brings together the theoretical and practical aspects of welding and metallurgy to provide industry with engineers proficient in both areas.
