51ĀŅĀ× was selected for this award based on its continuous efforts to support student success and in its work to support Michiganās initiative, which aims to increase the percentage of Michigan residents with a degree or postsecondary credential to 60% by 2030.

MCAN established the Endurance Award to recognize institutions or individual institution leaders who drive innovative solutions in college access and student success.
